Jurassic Coast Osteopathy in Weymouth closed permanently in December 2022 and Helena Greenwood retired as an osteopath in March 2023.

This notice is to advise you that your record from Jurassic Coast Osteopathy (or any previous clinic in Surrey where you may have seen Helena) will be held securely by her in accordance with both the requirements of her previous profession and UK GDPR law, which means they will be securely destroyed 8 years from your most recent appointment, wherever that took place.  Requirements for childrens' records are different, please contact jcoreception@gmail.com as soon as possible if your child was a patient and you are likely to require a copy of their records.

You can find full details about your rights under GDPR at Jurassic Coast Osteopathy's privacy notice https://www.jurassiccoastosteopathy.co.uk/Our-Privacy-Notice.php.

If you saw Helena at Dorchester Osteopaths, records from your appointments at that clinic will continue to be held by Dorchester Osteopaths and you should contact them directly with any questions as Helena is not the 'data controller' for those and will not continue to have access to them.

If you have given consent for Helena to transfer your records from Jurassic Coast Osteopathy to Dorchester Osteopaths because you intend to see another practitioner there, that transfer will be made in line with GDPR policy which means that once the copy transferred to Dorchester Osteopaths has been verified, the original at Jurassic Coast Osteopathy will be deleted (since 2 copies of the same record should not exist). The only copy will be held by Dorchester Osteopaths as the data controller as above.

If you have any questions not covered by the information above or by our privacy policy, please email jcoreception@gmail.com, as other email addresses previously or currently used by Helena and/or Jurassic Coast Osteopathy will be deleted and we no longer have a business telephone number.
